Experience Royal Splendour at Ujjayanta Palace

Step into the grandeur of the Ujjayanta Palace, a magnificent testament to royal extravagance nestled in the heart of Agartala, Tripura. With its striking gleaming white facade, three majestic domes soaring 86 feet high, and intricately carved wooden ceilings and doors, this palace is an architectural marvel showcasing the blend of Indian and colonial design, famously known as the Indo-Saracenic style.

Set against the serene backdrop of a lake, the palace is enveloped by expansive Mughal-styled gardens that offer a peaceful retreat and stunning views. Built by the Tripura royal family, the palace was aptly named Ujjayanta by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore, evoking a timeless aura of cultural and historical significance.
